Question: What is your style of yoga training?
Answer: I am certified Kemetic yoga teacher( An African centred form of yoga with roots from ancient Kemet, presently known as Egypt) and I have 10 years of experience with Vinyasa yoga. I also teach Hatha and Vinyasa I sometime mix these styles in my classes. I also chant and sing.
