I’m Zozo, and I help women come home to themselves.
I am a holistic wellness coach, certified Kemetic yoga teacher, and movement guide rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ma’at, the spirit of Ubuntu, and the transformative practices of ancient Kemet.
For me, healing is not about striving or fixing—it’s about remembering.
Remembering your divine wholeness.
Remembering the wisdom stored in your body.
Remembering that you belong.
I created Zozo Wellness as a sacred space for women to reconnect to their inner truth, their physical vitality, and their energetic flow. My own path—through burnout, emotional numbness, and physical misalignment—brought me to ancient African teachings that reignited my power, my peace, and my purpose. Today, I walk with others as they do the same.
Whether through one-on-one coaching, Kemetic yoga, running, dance, or home movement practices, my intention is always the same:
